🔒 How your credentials are handled

Your email and password are sent to this server, which passes them straight to Toyota's API at ssoms.toyota-europe.com to authenticate you. They are held in memory for the duration of the request only — never saved to our database and never written to a log.

Only anonymized stats are stored: model, step, country, delay flag, and a one-way hash of your order ID. Your name, email and password are never stored. Toyota's own order-status files, which contain your raw order ID, are cached on the server so step dates can be tracked over time. See save_stats() in the source code.

If you enable auto-refresh, your email and password are also kept in your browser's sessionStorage so the page can re-submit them every two hours. They are cleared when you close the tab. If you would rather they were not held in the browser at all, leave auto-refresh off and log in manually.
